Welcome to Blooming Braiding. By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Blooming Braiding offers professional hairstyling services including braiding, wig installation, sew-ins, shampoo & blow-dry, pixie styles, and wedding/event styling. Service availability may vary based on stylist schedules.
How to Book: Appointments can be scheduled online via StyleSeat, by phone, or in person.
Deposits: Some services may require a deposit to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given (see below).
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
Payments can be made in cash, card, or through approved third-party booking/payment systems.
Prices are listed on our service menu and may be subject to change without prior notice.
Gratuities are appreciated but not required.
Children & Guests: For safety and comfort, we kindly request that only the person receiving the service is present unless prior arrangements have been made.
Hair Preparation: Some services may require hair to be washed and detangled before arrival. Please review service requirements before your appointment.
Product Allergies: Clients are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to their service.
We aim for 100% client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon or within 24 hours. Refunds are not guaranteed, but we will work with you to make adjustments where possible.

Damage to hair due to pre-existing conditions or improper aftercare.
Loss of personal items during salon visits.
